You'll combine outstanding classroom teaching with subject leadership, helping to create an engaging, inclusive Maths curriculum that builds confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. Working alongside an ambitious leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence whole-school practice, inspire colleagues and help establish a learning environment where every pupil can thrive. What You'll Be Doing Lead and champion Maths across the school, developing an ambitious and engaging curriculum. Deliver high-quality, inspiring Maths lessons that enable every pupil to achieve their potential. Drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment across the subject. Monitor pupil progress, analyse data and use insights to raise attainment and achievement. Support and coach colleagues, sharing best practice and promoting high-quality teaching. Adapt learning to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN, SEMH, Autism and ADHD. Create stimulating, inclusive learning environments that develop confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, therapists, families
