We are seeking experienced SEND teachers for posts commencing in October 2026. Experience and qualifications • Qualified Teacher Status/good honours degree • A passion for inclusion • Ability to diagnose and plan targeted interventions for common learning difficulties for Lower School students (when applying, please identify assessments you are qualified to carry out) • NASENCO/Educational Psychologist or relevant qualification is preferable • Excellent knowledge of SEN issues and strong knowledge of the EY and Primary curriculum • Research-based knowledge and understanding of a range of effective intervention strategies • Excellent interpersonal skills • Successful experience leading a team with proven impact • Ability to lead staff training • Evidence of continued relevant professional development • Excellent ability in written and spoken English • Familiarity with Makaton or Key Word
