We are seeking a committed Learning Support Mentor to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred education for our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference every single day. Key Responsibilities Support teachers/tutors to deliver high‑quality education and ensure all policies, procedures and safeguarding standards are fully implemented. Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to help students access the curriculum and develop independence. Assist in creating a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment, including organising resources, equipment and classroom/workshop spaces. Contribute to student documentation (BSPs, Risk Assessments, IEPs, EHCPs, Communication Profiles, Pastoral Plans) and support consistent implementation. Support students’ personal care, feeding and emotional needs, and help manage challenging behaviour using positive, developmental approaches. Communicate effectively with colleagues, care staff and families to ensure a consistent approach to education, wellbeing and daily support. Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory requirements, and stay up‑to‑date with relevant educational and autism‑related practice.
