Learning Support Assistant - Year 4 - 16 Hours Per Week

The Role Working under the Head of Academic Advancement (SENCo) and Head of Prep, you will be the dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to a pupil in Year 4. This pupil needs support for her autism and distractibility and will benefit from the support of a kind, flexible individual who can assist with helping the child to navigate the social and academic demands of school life. This is a term time role of up to 16 hours per week. The continuation of this role is dependent on the EHCP funding and the pupil's enrollment at the school. This post is best suited to a person interested in gaining further experience of working in the education sector. Prior experience of the education sector is not essential.
