Learning Support Assistant (secondary)

Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive—not just academically, but socially and emotionally too? We are reimagining education, and we’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 8 learner in a truly unique and nurturing environment. This is a key role within the school, supporting a learner to access their education, stay engaged in lessons, and develop confidence both academically and socially. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure the learner is supported throughout the school day, adapting approaches as needed to meet their individual needs. We are looking for someone who is patient, organised, and able to build positive, professional relationships with both learners and staff. You should be confident following guidance, maintaining consistency, and working as part of a wider team.
