About this role
We would love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and neurodiversity such as autism.
✅ Have experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, SEND Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker or in a similar support role with children and young people who have additional needs.
✅ Are currently working in a mainstream Secondary setting and eager to take the next step into Special Education.
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. Working closely with teachers, you will help pupils to make progress, develop independence, build self-esteem and achieve positive social outcomes.
You will also work alongside our Pastoral Support Team, Therapeutic Thinking Lead and Therapy Team to create a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
