As our Assessor in T Level Early Years, you will:
- Support students in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout their programme, while assessing their ability to apply these skills within a real working environment
Use your industry expertise to help shape the next generation of Early Years professionals, applying theoretical and practical learning in practical work environments
Collaborate with colleagues and employers to meet learners’ needs and achieve their potential
- Effectively participate in, and comply with, all administrative aspects of awarding body requirements where required, alongside the College Quality Assurance and evaluation processes

What you will bring to the role:
Recent vocational experience in the Early Years Sector
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
Level 3 Assessor Award (TAQA or equivalent) or willingness to gain
- Experience of using a range of assessment techniques to track, monitor and report on students’ progress
