Salary: £30,444 p.a. pro rata. Full-time (37 hours per week). Permanent. Term time. Based at London Road campus.
We are looking to add to our skilled Learning Support Assistant team with these important roles. You will be student centred and you provide outstanding support, adapting learning to individual student needs in order to promote outstanding progress. You will be responsible for running interventions for students based on their individual need. We are looking for individuals with specialisms in Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD).
Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college. The college operates at three campuses in Shrewsbury. We deliver a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2300 16–18-year-olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 950 apprentices at our London Road Campus. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury. The college was inspected in March 2025 and judged to be ‘Outstanding’, with a ‘Strong’ contribution to skills.
