We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to: Provide classroom support to pupils under the direction of the teacher. To encourage, motivate and inspire learners. Provide general support to pupils in line with special educational needs. Assist students traveling to lesson where required. You will have: GCSE Maths and GCSE English (Grade C or Grade 4 and above) Experience of working in a school environment or desire to work in a school environment The ability to motivate students and a desire to make a positive contribution to their education The ability to manage challenging behaviour in line with the school behaviour policy A commitment to the values and ethos of the school.
