This role does not offer sponsorship About the Role As a Learning Mentor, you'll play a vital role in transforming the lives of young people, providing the encouragement, guidance and personalised support they need to flourish both in the classroom and beyond. Every day, you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build resilience, develop independence and celebrate achievements that boost their confidence and unlock their potential. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll create positive, trusting relationships that enable pupils to feel safe, valued and ready to succeed.
