Learning and Development Lead (Fixed Term Project, 8 months)

In this role, you will: Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across Coombe House to identify development needs. Design and deliver impactful learning programmes that make a genuine difference. Strengthen induction and onboarding experiences to support long-term success. Champion a culture where learning, reflection and growth are part of everyday practice. You will: Bring strong experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development. Be confident working with senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
