Haywards Farm School Permanent - Full-time -Term time plus 10 inset days Amegreen Education is a group of independent SEND schools across West Berkshire. Our students require high levels of care, engagement and support, and we are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff. To support staff wellbeing and promote a healthy work-life balance, our working hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with minimal additional responsibilities outside these hours. Each day includes briefings and debriefings, and staff are provided with a free cooked lunch. We also offer a dedicated weekly afternoon for CPD, planning and preparation when students are not on site. The RoleHaywards Farm School is looking for a passionate KS2 Teacher to join our small, nurturing school. This is not a typical classroom role. You'll teach a high-quality, mainstream curriculum to children with a range of SEN and SEMH needs - adapting your approach within a trauma-informed, attachment-aware framework so that every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our classes are small, our adult-to-child ratios are high, and our aspirations for every child are higher still. You'll work alongside therapists, specialist support staff, and external professionals as part of a truly multidisciplinary team.
