Orley Farm School is is seeking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional Key Stage 1 team. The successful candidate will be patient, reliable, and sensitive to the individual needs of young learners, with a genuine love for working with children. A positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close‑knit and friendly team are essential qualities for this role. This is a term‑time‑only position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. An NVQ Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience, would be desirable, though a willingness to learn and grow within the role is equally valued. The salary for this position will be between £21,050 and £23,800 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This role is being offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract.
