SPGS International School (Singapore) is a new co-educational British international school opening in 2027, bringing together the educational philosophy and heritage of St Paul's Girls' School, London with a forward-looking vision for international education.
We are seeking an exceptional Junior School Inclusion Specialist who believes that every child should be deeply known, appropriately challenged and given the support they need to flourish. This is an opportunity to help shape a school from its very first day: establishing outstanding inclusive practice, building a learning community in which every child can thrive and creating an exceptional educational experience for every pupil.
Our Junior School offers an enhanced English National Curriculum enriched through specialist teaching, creative exploration, languages and a broad co-curricular programme. We are looking for an Inclusion Specialist who combines excellent practice and expertise in supporting diverse learning needs with warmth, intellectual curiosity and high expectations, and who understands that inclusion is about enabling every child to participate fully, develop confidence and experience the joy and challenge of learning.
As a founding member of staff, you will play a significant role beyond your own teaching and specialist work. You will work alongside ambitious, collaborative colleagues to develop our approach to inclusion across the Junior School, support teachers in meeting a wide range of individual learning needs, work closely with children and families, contribute to school culture and help establish the systems and practices that will define the school for years to come.
