Business Studies and Economics Teacher

Teaching Business Studies at BISU You would be joining our team of 50 international and Ukrainian teachers, working with our up to 200 students aged 3-18 in classes of around 10-15 students. During term time (which roughly follows the English terms), you would spend around 26 hours teaching. The rest of your 40-hour week would be free, available for your PPA work and meetings. Our teaching day runs from 8:15 to 16:30, and your timetable will include an hour for lunch. Your teaching will cover the Cambridge Curriculum for Business Studies from Key Stage 3 right up to A Level, so you will be using and building your skills and subject knowledge at all secondary levels. We are also a creative school, and we aim to give you a high degree of autonomy in how you teach this content. This is both because we will learn from you and also because we are committed to creating inspiring, engaging, and high-quality lessons focusing on practical skills and design principles.
