This is a pivotal role that keeps our school running - ensuring incidents and requests are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to staff, students and the wider team. You’ll be a proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong technical knowledge across a range of devices and systems, able to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
