The successful candidate will have: An appropriate IT knowledge and experience with a good understanding of Windows operating systems and servers as well as Microsoft packages and other operating systems. Experience with Arbor is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure. The ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, and work positively with staff and students Good literacy and numeracy skills, supported by a solid educational background The ability to thrive in a busy and demanding work environment, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm. Good attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, detail in all tasks and demonstrate good problem solving skills The skills to be a positive team player who values collaboration and is willing to assist and support colleagues as needed. The ability to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
