The Post
Rugby School Dubai is seeking to appoint an experienced, strategic and outstanding Inclusion teacher to support and further develop our whole-school inclusive provision from the next academic year.
We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about ensuring that every pupil flourishes academically, socially and emotionally within an inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic inclusion team and work to embed best practice across Prep school (Y23-6).
The Role
The Inclusion Teacher will:
Support inclusion across the whole school (EYFS, Primary and Secondary).
Support, develop and line-manage members of the Inclusion/SEND team.
Ensure full compliance with the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework (2017) and subsequent KHDA updates.
Ensure alignment with the UK SEND Code of Practice (2015).
Oversee identification, assessment, intervention and progress tracking for Students of Determination.
Support high-quality provision mapping and data-driven intervention planning.
