Outstanding Inclusion Teacher Due to continued growth, Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba is seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and highly skilled Inclusion Teacher to join our established Inclusion Team for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated practitioner who is committed to inclusive education and supporting students with a range of additional learning needs to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, support staff and families to ensure that all pupils are able to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. As an Inclusion Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils through targeted intervention, collaborative teaching approaches and individualised learning strategies. You will work with pupils across the primary phase, supporting those with additional learning needs, language development needs, and other barriers to learning, ensuring that they are able to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive Inclusion Department, working alongside a multidisciplinary team which includes the Head of Inclusion, specialist teachers, learning support assistants, and external professionals where required. Together, the team works collaboratively to provide high-quality provision for pupils and to promote inclusive practice across the school.
