We are seeking am experienced and passionate Teacher of Visual Arts / Art & Design to join our Visual and Performing Arts Department. This position is a Secondary School role, teaching Middle School, IGCSE Art & Design, with the potential to teach IBDP Visual Arts. We welcome enthusiastic candidates ready to inspire young learners through innovative art education.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, or related field
Breadth of knowledge in Art History (as this is practiced in Middle and High school)
Knowledge and understanding of western and non-western practices and art and craft making traditions.
Strong focus on drawing and painting for IGCSE Art & Design
Ability to teach art making in 2D, 3D, and digital process
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB DP framework
Excellent communication skills for working with students from diverse backgrounds
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues within the Arts Department
Candidates will be asked to share a digital portfolio showcasing examples of their students' work as part of the interview process.
