Salary: Inner London Pay Scale (M1–M6 depending on experience)
Contract Type: Part Time /Permanent, Initially one day per week, 0.2 FTE

The Role
The Lloyd Williamson School is seeking an enthusiastic ICT specialist to join our school. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of digital thinkers, programmers, and problem-solvers. In this role, you will deliver a creative and innovative curriculum tailored to the individual needs of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing them for success in their GCSE examinations.
We are not a "one size fits all" school. Our small class sizes allow you to build deep, meaningful relationships with every student, banishing the fear of failure and encouraging intellectual curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality Computing lessons in line with the national curriculum
Teach core areas including programming, algorithms, data representation, networks, and digital literacy
Develop students’ computational thinking and problem-solving skills
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and high attainers
Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the department
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Support and participate in enrichment activities, clubs, or STEM initiatives
Ensure safe and responsible use of technology and online system
Offering a second subject is desirable but not essential; PE
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Computing or Computer Science
Ability to teach programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
Confident classroom practitioner
