This position requires more than delivering a fixed curriculum. We are looking for an educator who views mathematical learning as a dynamic process — one that brings together conceptual understanding, problem‑solving, modelling, systems thinking, and iterative refinement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with open‑ended tasks, real‑world challenges, and situations where multiple pathways and solutions are possible. They should know how to balance student autonomy with purposeful structure. What We`re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics paired with an accredited teaching certification. A minimum of two years’ experience teaching IB MYP/DP Mathematics. Possession of specialized IB training and accreditation in Mathematics for MYP/DP programs. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level or IELTS 7.0-8.0). Familiarity with international education standards and assessment practices. Experience in multicultural and international school settings. Experience supporting ESL learners.
