We are seeking an inspiring Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated, multi‑professional team. Our school provides a highly personalised education for students who benefit from smaller class sizes, tailored learning and a supportive environment. This is a role where your impact is visible every single day. Key Responsibilities: You will play a key role in shaping meaningful learning experiences for our students by: Planning and delivering engaging lessons for individuals and small groups, following our curriculum framework and teaching up to GCSE level in a core subject. Supporting nurture‑based programmes that help students build confidence, emotional literacy and self‑belief. Monitoring, recording and reporting on student progress, ensuring every learner is supported to achieve their potential. Creating a stimulating, well‑organised classroom environment that celebrates learning and encourages curiosity. Designing and reviewing Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans and personalised learning pathways. Leading on subject development across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher. Working collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, care staff and colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent, holistic approach.
