Key Responsibilities: You will play a key role in shaping meaningful learning experiences for our students by: Planning and delivering engaging lessons for individuals and small groups, following our curriculum framework and teaching up to GCSE level in a core subject. Supporting nurture‑based programmes that help students build confidence, emotional literacy and self‑belief. Monitoring, recording and reporting on student progress, ensuring every learner is supported to achieve their potential. Creating a stimulating, well‑organised classroom environment that celebrates learning and encourages curiosity. Designing and reviewing Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans and personalised learning pathways. Leading on subject development across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher. Working collaboratively with Learning Support Assistants, care staff and colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent, holistic approach.
