HR Advisor Cross-phase Multi-Academy Trust · Central team · Permanent We're a growing Catholic Multi-Academy Trust of seven schools, and we're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our central team. This is a varied generalist role at an exciting time to join — you'll have real impact across multiple schools from day one. Working closely with our Head of HR and Culture, you'll manage a complex ER caseload, support recruitment and onboarding, and help embed Trust-wide HR policies — all in line with our values of love, service, humility and faith. What you'll be doing Advising and coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, attending hearings and producing outcome correspondence Supporting and leading recruitment and onboarding across the Trust Maintaining HR data and producing reports and dashboards for senior leaders Contributing to policy development and compliance reviews Upholding safe recruitment and safeguarding principles in line with KCSIE What we're looking for Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR advisory role Confident managing complex ER cases independently Strong knowledge of employment law and its practical application CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it, or equivalent experience) Knowledge of KCSIE and safer recruitment — education sector experience a bonus Sympathy with, and respect for, our Catholic mission and values How to apply Send a completed application form, consent to obtain references form, and disclosure form to: Nichole Burley-Burton, Head of HR and Culture n.burley-burton@sanctafamilia.co.uk Closing date: Sunday 17 May 2026 at 23:59 — we reserve the right to close early if a suitable candidate is appointed.
