Temporary position until 2 July 2027. The Role. We are seeking an inspiring and committed A Level Media Teacher to join our expanding Academic Programmes Team and deliver our brand new, Media course. This role is suited to an educator who brings creativity, subject expertise, and the ability to engage learners through high quality, dynamic teaching Key responsibilities. To plan, prepare and deliver high quality learning, teaching and assessment and related resources as agreed with the curriculum management team, using digital technologies to enhance classroom-based learning and to deliver online learning, where applicable. To maintain up-to-date course information including, but not limited to: Group Profile, Lesson Plans, Schemes of Work, Individual Learning Plans, and Student Progress Tracking Liaise with employers, parent/carers, schools, and other organisations as necessary to enable the learning requirements of students to be met. To set, mark and return student’s assignments in a timely manner, conforming to Awarding Bodies accreditation and College procedures as applicable To contribute to the required internal and external moderation procedures. To provide cover for existing College staff members in similar subject area.
