About the Role Aurora Foxes are seeking an experienced Hospitality Programme Lead to drive the strategic and operational delivery of our vocational hospitality provision. You will lead an ambitious, industry-informed curriculum within our training hotel, supporting students with SEND to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to become work ready and life ready. Working closely with education and hotel teams, you will ensure high-quality, real-world learning experiences that lead to meaningful progression outcomes. Key Duties Lead and develop a high-quality, industry-relevant hospitality curriculum Drive excellent student outcomes, progression and employability pathways Oversee vocational quality, including teaching, assessment and qualifications Lead and develop a high-performing vocational team Work in partnership with the Hotel Manager to deliver outstanding training opportunities Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality and regulatory standards About You We're looking for someone who: Has strong leadership experience in hospitality education or training Holds a teaching, assessor or IQA qualification with a hospitality background Has a proven track record of improving quality and outcomes Understands how to support learners with additional needs Can balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational
