What You'll Be Doing Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality History lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement. Adapt learning to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs. Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom where pupils feel confident to participate and succeed. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, using assessment to inform future learning. Encourage pupils to develop critical thinking, communication skills and a deeper understanding of historical events and their relevance today.
