Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Brick Lane School, London E2 6DY Salary: £26,250 per annum (not pro rata) Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.00am - 4.00pm Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only Start: September 2026 UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship. About the Role Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference? At Brick Lane School, you'll be more than a classroom support professional, you'll be a mentor, role model and champion for children and young people with additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and the skills they need for life beyond school. Working in small classes alongside experienced teachers and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to lead learning, inspire pupils and play an active role in shaping their academic, social and emotional development. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes, including covering lessons when required.
