Orrell Lamberhead Green Primary School is seeking an ambitious, values‑driven Headteacher to lead our school into its next phase of development. About the role As Headteacher, you will have full responsibility for the strategic leadership, organisation and day‑to‑day management of the school. You will: Lead and sustain high standards of teaching, learning and achievement for all pupils Build a positive, inclusive and aspirational school culture rooted in strong values Inspire, develop and support staff at all levels, ensuring high‑quality professional development Work in close partnership with the Local Governing Committee, parents, carers and the wider community Act as a visible ambassador for the school and the Trust Ensure the school meets all statutory, safeguarding and regulatory requirements You will be supported by, and work collaboratively with, The Rowan Learning Trust’s central team and fellow school leaders across the Trust.
