The warm and nurturing relationships that exist between pupils and staff are at the centre of the school’s success.” About the role As Head of School, you will: Lead the day to day life of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and achievement Champion and develop the Catholic life and mission of the school Work in close partnership with the Executive Headteacher and colleagues across the collaboration Inspire and develop a committed staff team Build strong relationships with families, parish, governors and the wider community We are looking for someone who: Is a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education Has a proven track record of successful leadership in a primary setting Has the vision, drive and integrity to lead a high performing school Demonstrates a strong commitment to promoting and develop
