Job overview We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and visionary Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead the department from September 2026 or January 2027 . Our ideal candidate will be: A well-qualified professional. An aspiring senior leader. A colleague with experience of curriculum leadership, for example as a 2i/c. A team player, able to lead and inspire others. Have excellent subject knowledge and are honest about their own development needs. Are ambitious for themselves and our pupils.
