Deyes High School is seeking an exceptional and ambitious Head of Geography to lead a thriving and popular department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or current middle leader to take the next step in their career, leading a committed team and driving high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement across Key Stages 3–5.
You will be accountable for:
Leading and developing the Geography curriculum
Raising standards of attainment and progress
Managing and developing staff within the department
Ensuring high-quality teaching, assessment and curriculum delivery
Contributing to whole-school improvement priorities
