Head of French – Permanent Contract – September 2026 Start Stratford School Academy is seeking an exceptional Head of French to inspire excellence and ensure every student thrives in French across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher with leadership ambitions or an established subject leader seeking a new challenge. We want someone who can build on the strong foundations already in place and continue to improve outcomes for our students. As Head of French, you will provide clear leadership and direction for the department, ensuring that high-quality teaching and learning remain central to everything we do. You will lead curriculum development, set high expectations, and support colleagues to deliver engaging lessons that help every student achieve their best. Your leadership will strengthen the department’s success and ensure that students leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive.
