Set across approximately 45 acres in three distinctive rural Leicestershire settings centred around Market Bosworth, the School’s campuses combine historic character with modern educational purpose. The Dixie is a vibrant and selective co-educational independent school for pupils aged from six months to eighteen years. Following the announcement that Richard Lynn will conclude his successful thirteen-year tenure as Headmaster in August 2027, the Board of Governors is seeking an outstanding leader to guide the School into the future. This is an opportunity for an exceptional leader to lead a thriving, ambitious and values-led school from a position of strength.
