GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

Grade B – SCP 4 £8,795 (actual salary) Permanent 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm (Flexibility required) Term Time only Closing Date: 9.00 am, Tuesday 19th MayInterviews: Thursday 21st May Start Date: June 2026 The school is seeking to appoint a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the site team, in a large secondary school. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure the school site is maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, clean, and well-presented environment for students, staff, and visitors. We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual with a flexible approach to work. The role will occasionally require an early start from 7am during certain times of the year, for duties such as setting up exam spaces and assisting with clearing snow and ice to ensure the site remains safe and accessible.
