Grade 8 Teacher

This position is for a Grade 8 Homeroom Teacher who will also teach English and History across Grades 6, 7, and 8. As Grade 8 serves as a key transition into High School, this role is especially important in helping students prepare academically and structurally for the next stage of their education. Candidates with High School teaching experience will be given preference, as we are in the process of developing our High School program. We are looking for a teacher who is flexible, organized, and able to work within a growing and developing school environment. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and the ability to contribute to a structured academic setting. Key Responsibilities Serve as Grade 8 Homeroom Teacher Teach English and History to Grades 6, 7, and 8 Support students in their academic transition into High School Work collaboratively within a structured school system Working Conditions Three non-teaching periods are included in the schedule Participation in school activities and ECA sessions We are looking for individuals who are aligned with long-term growth, stability, and a commitment to developing both students and the school community.
