Supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs through gaming, media, music, photography and creative digital technologies.
We are seeking a Gaming, Media & Digital Skills Tutor to join our Post-16 delivery team.
Location – Dare2Dream Hub, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, with occasional outreach delivery where required.
Working pattern – 39 weeks delivery + 1 week training
Working hours – Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Dare2Dream Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Creative Digital Media Tutor to design and deliver an exciting new programme for young people aged 16–25 with SEND, SEMH needs and barriers to education.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a creative curriculum from the ground up, using areas such as gaming, digital media, photography, film-making, music production, content creation and emerging technologies to re-engage learners, build confidence and develop the skills they need for adulthood, employment and further education.
We would love to hear from people with experience in:
Teaching, training, mentoring, coaching or youth work
Games design, game development or esports
Media production, content creation or digital marketing
Photography, videography or film production
Music production, recording, songwriting or audio engineering
Creative arts, animation or digital design
Creating engaging, project-based learning experiences
Supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their potential
Skills and experience that would be highly desirable:
