You will provide high-level, confidential Personal Assistant support to the Bursar and Foundation Secretary whilst supporting the Commercial Business Manager and operationally manage the Foundation Admin Team. The successful candidate will: Possess proven leadership and administrative expertise, with established experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager. Have experience at taking accurate, professional minutes at a senior executive or board level. Show exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail, successfully managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a busy environment. Deliver outstanding administrative and customer service standards. Be proficient in data and systems management, with experience handling records, databases, or compliance systems. Possess strong IT
