Finance Assistant

Accord Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an outstanding Finance Assistant to provide essential support to our Central Finance Team. Based at the Accord Central Offices, you will work closely with academies and key stakeholders to help ensure the effective delivery of financial services across the Trust. We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to develop within a professional, fast-paced environment. Experience with financial systems and processes would be beneficial. In this role, you will support the Senior Finance Officer and Finance Manager with a range of central finance tasks, including processing invoices, managing BACS and cheque payments, and raising sales invoices for our academies. You will be proactive, efficient, and able to prioritise accuracy while meeting strict deadlines. The position is on a full-time basis, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break per day.
