Finance & Operations Co-ordinator, and PA to Clerk to Governors – Full Time, All Year Round

We are delighted to welcome applications for the role of ‘Finance & Operations Co‑ordinator, and PA to Clerk to Governors’. This role offers a unique opportunity to be closely involved in school life, supporting key stakeholders in the Finance, Estates and the wider operational team as well as working closely with the Bursar who is also Clerk to Governors.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Overseeing and coordinating administrative and operational activity across Finance, Estates and Governors to support the smooth running of the school.
· Acting as a key point of contact, managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and the flow of information between departments.
· Supporting Governors by organising meetings, maintaining records and ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.
· Keeping core processes, records and compliance requirements well organised and up to date.
· Building positive working relationships with staff, governors, parents and external partners across the school community.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, adaptable and able to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment
Skilled at working effectively with multiple stakeholders
Confident in managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with a wide range of people
Previous administrative coordinator or PA experience is essential
We are looking for this role to start in July 2026 with a detailed handover period.
You will work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday within the core hours between 8.00am and 6pm.
This is an all year round position. Exact hours / work pattern can be discussed at interview
Salary - £31,126 per annum
