Family Support Worker

About the Role: Edison Pace School are currently seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Family Support Worker. The Family Support Worker will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships between school, families and external agencies within an SEMH and SEN setting. The successful candidate will provide direct support to families, leads on attendance and transport coordination, contributes to safeguarding as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), and delivers therapeutic and parenting interventions. The role ensures that barriers to engagement, attendance and wellbeing are identified early and addressed through trauma‑informed, relational practice.
