Hours: 33.75 hours (to be worked flexibly between 8:00am and 3:30pm in the first instance, with the potential to between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm in the future.)

The Governors and Leaders at Maltby Lilly Hall Academy are seeking to appoint a highly organised and committed individual to support and promote pupil progress and welfare. The successful candidate will be based in our new Early Years Centre, a state-of-the-art facility which opened in Sept 2025.

The successful candidate should demonstrate they are able:-
• To work under the guidance of teaching staff and senior Early Years practitioners to support the care and education of young children.
• To contribute to play-based learning experiences and care routines that promote children’s development, independence, and well-being.
• To support individual and small group activities both indoors and outdoors, helping children to access and engage in the Early Years curriculum.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Build positive relationships with children, acting as a caring role model and responding to individual needs.
• Work with all staff to create and maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• To use specialist (curricular/learning) skills/training/expe
