ABOUT THE ROLEAs Exams Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of examination services across the College, ensuring examinations are delivered efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with awarding body regulations. Leading the Examinations Team and invigilator workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent learner experience through effective communication, strong operational management, and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services, awarding organisations, and external stakeholders, you will help ensure examination processes are accurate, responsive, and student focused. Interviews for this role are planned for Wednesday 8th July 2026. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will: Lead and manage the Examinations Team and invigilator workforce, providing support, coaching, and development to ensure high standards of service delivery. Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of examinations, ensuring processes are compliant, accurate, and efficiently managed across the College. Oversee examination timetables, entries, venues, resources, and results processes to ensure examinations are delivered securely and effectively.
