Exam and Data Administrator (Full-time)

Salary: £26,343 p.a. Full-time (37 hours per week). Full year. Permanent. Based at London Road campus. We are seeking a highly organised Exam and Data Administrator to provide essential support to our office. The role will include processing exam access arrangements, booking and running exams, and data entry supporting timetables and enrolments. The post will be based at London Road campus, but there may a need to travel to the other campuses therefore flexibility and adaptability are essential, particularly during peak exam periods. The successful candidate will demonstrate calmness under pressure, confidence in handling sensitive data, and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of their work. Working pattern: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (3:30pm finish on one day) or 8:30am-4:30pm (4:00pm finish one day). Shrewsbury College is Shropshire’s largest college. The college operates at three campuses in Shrewsbury. We deliver a broad range of vocational and higher-level courses to 2300 16–18-year-olds, 4000 adult students, 300 HE students and 950 apprentices at our London Road Campus. 2100 A-Level students are taught at our Welsh and English Bridge Campuses in the centre of Shrewsbury.
