For further details of our staff benefits, please visit Working at College - Chesterfield College An opportunity has arisen for an Events Administrator & Assistants to assist the delivery of the events and commercial estate rental bookings for Chesterfield College Group. This includes opening up/locking up parts of the estate, fulfilling the admin of each booking, inducting new customers to health/safety/fire procedures and providing administrative support for the events provision. A focus on providing excellent customer service is vital, as is being organised and punctual. If required, the role will also help the wider events and sales team staff large events. First aid training will be provided. Working days will be flexible as they are determined by the length/day of the customer booking and will include evenings and weekends.
