Estates Maintenance Manager

The Estates Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations across the estate, ensuring that buildings and services are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard. The role oversees in-house trades staff, delivers reactive and planned maintenance, and supports the delivery of minor works. It is central to ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to maintenance delivery, working flexibly across sites as required.
