Following continued growth and increasing demand, Verbier International School is seeking to appoint an Enrichment Coordinator from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity within a fast growing international mountain school, part of the Dukes Education family, located in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the school’s wider co curricular and enrichment provision, helping to shape experiences beyond the classroom and ensuring students benefit from a broad, engaging and ambitious programme.
The role will include oversight and coordination of areas such as:
The activities and enrichment programme
Educational visits and residential trips
Guest speaker and events programme
Elements of the Winter Mountain Programme
Supporting aspects of sport and outdoor education
Coordination across primary and secondary enrichment opportunities
There may also be some teaching responsibilities attached to the role, and the ability to teach an academic or specialist subject would be considered beneficial.
We are looking for an organised, positive and proactive individual who enjoys working with young people and colleagues across different areas of school life. Strong communication skills, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
Experience within international education, outdoor education, sport, activities, expeditions or co curricular leadership would be advantageous.
