You’ll play a key role in creating a safe and inspiring environment where pupils feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess engaging, tailored English lessons Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) with clear, achievable targets Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH and additional needs Build strong, positive relationships that motivate and engage learners Create a stimulating learning environment, including opportunities beyond the classroom Monitor progress and support pupils to achieve positive, meaningful outcomes About You We’re lo
