Roehampton Gate School and are recruiting for a Wellbeing and Engagement Lead to join our Education team now at our post-16 provision, Putney Vale! We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed people, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages.
Putney Vale is a dedicated post 16-19 provision in a brand-new, purpose-designed building in Putney Vale. This provision will offer a fantastic range of opportunities, including academic and vocational qualifications, as well as post-16 courses, all complemented by enriching experiences like volunteering, enterprise projects, and preparation for adulthood. Our Post-16 site in Putney Vale will focus on vocational training, life skills, and independence to prepare students for adulthood.

Main duties:
Work collaboratively to uphold and embed to the school’s vision of raising aspirations and fulfilling potential of our young people
Champion an environment that is safe and emotionally secure, demonstrating empathy, adaptability and resilience in meeting and supporting the emotional needs of our young people
Act as an advocate of the school’s policies, particularly those relating to safeguarding and behaviour, taking a supportive and versatile approach, using a variety of techniques to support positive emotional regulation, to maintain a positive learning environment
