As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Engagement Officer to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students, employers and school staff to create high-quality work experience opportunities and meaningful employer encounters that inspire ambition, build confidence and prepare young people for adulthood. Working as part of our Careers Programme, you will play a vital role in delivering the Gatsby Benchmarks, ensuring every student benefits from valuable experiences that develop employability skills, broaden aspirations and support positive destinations beyond school. What you will be doing Build and maintain strong partnerships with local employers, businesses and community organisations to create exciting opportunities for students. Source, coordinate and monitor high-quality work experience placements that reflect students' interests, strengths and future aspirations. Prepare students for the workplace through employability workshops, careers guidance and ongoing support before, during and after placements. Collaborate with teaching staff to embed careers education and employer engagement across the curriculum. Ensure all placements meet safeguarding, health and safety and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate records and reporting on programme outcomes. What We’re Looking
